| 摘 要： | 该文按照土地资源可持续利用生产性、安全性、保护性、可行性和可接受性五个目标,构建了县级尺度土地资源可持续利用指标体系框架;并研究了县级尺度土地资源可持续利用评价过程及方法,提出了江苏锡山市基于过程的土地资源可持续利用评价方法和河北曲周县基于状态的评价方法。通过分析比较,县级尺度土地资源的可持续利用评价应侧重于基于过程的评价方法,采用综合指数法与单指标多角度法相结合的评价方法。

| Abstract: | According to the five targets of FELSM,the indicator system on the sustainable land use at county scale is constructed.The evaluating process and methods with the sustainable land use at county scale are also researched.In two examples: the evaluating method for the Quzhou County in Hebei Province emphasizes particularly on the state of two periods,and that for the Xishan in Jiangsu Province sets emphasis on the process of land use changes.By analysis and comparison,it is concluded that the best method for the county-scale sustainable land use assessment is the integration of comprehensive index assessment and single indicator from multi-angle assessment. |
