盐碱化湿地稻-鱼复合生态系统微生物特征

摘    要:为揭示盐碱化湿地稻-鱼复合生态系统微生物群落结构特征,1994-1995年,对松嫩平原苏打盐碱化湿地稻-鱼复合生态系统水体与土壤中的微生物数量及种群组成进行了初步研究。结果表明,稻-鱼湿地水体中异养细菌数量显著高于稻田湿地(P<0.05),季节变化特点为秋季>夏季>春季。异养细菌的数量分布与鱼产量有显著相关关系(r=0.879)。稻-鱼湿地系统的土壤微生物数量明显高于稻田湿地(P<0.01)。稻-鱼湿地和稻田湿地分别检测出10个和11个属的异养细菌。稻-鱼湿地系统1个生长期细菌的平均生物量为0.973g/m3,生产量为307.5 kg/hm2,所提供的鱼产力为7.0 kg/hm2。

Abstract:Species and population of microorganisms was studied in the waters and soil of rice-fish poly-ecosystem in wetland with soda saline-alkaline in the Songnen Plain from May 1994 to June 1995, so that bring to light community structure characteristics of microorganisms to rice-fish poly-ecosystem. The amount of het-erotrophic bacteria is 2 810-307 160/mL in the watetrs of the rice-fish poly-ecosystem and its average value is 58 280/mL, their value is 660-15 360/mL and 6 980/mL in the waters of the ecosystem of nomal rice farming, repectively, the amount of heterotrophic bacteria in the rice-fish poly-ecosystem is more than that of the nomal rice farming (P < 0.05) , the seasonal changes of the amount is autumn >ummer >pring. Densities of actinomyces and molds are lower, 0 - 17/mL, 1 - 7/mL in the rice-fish poly-ecosystem and 0 - 37/ mL, 0 - 23/mL in the ecosystem of nomal rice farming. The amount of coliform of the rice-fish wetland poly-ecosystem and the ecosystem of nomal rice farming are 403.6 - 17 934.2/L and 63.7 - 472.0/L, respectively. Their average value is 4031.5/L and 176.5/L, respectively, that in the rice-fish wetland poly-ecosystem is higher than that of the ecosystem of nomal rice farming (P < 0.01) , and the seasonal change is summer>pring >utumn. It is significant cogrection between the distrbution and fish production (r=0.879). The amount of the soil microbe, the rice-fish poly-ecosystem is 1 107 000 - 13 391 000/g, its average value is 11 865 000/g, that in the ecosystem of nomal rice farming is 3 502 000 - 4 793 000/g and 4 203 000/g, respectively , and the former is higher than the latter (P < 0.01), and the dominant species are actinomyces and bacteria, the average value is 5 320 000/g and 4 971 000/g, respectively, the molds is least (average value 48 000/g). 10 genera in the rice-fish poly-ecosystem and 11 genera in the ecosystem of nomal rice farming were found and the dominant groups are Vibrion, Aeromonas, Bacillus and Acintobacter, Pseudomonas, Bacillus, respectively. In the rice-fish poly-ecosystem, the average biomass,output and productivity of hert-erotrophic bacteria in a growth period.supplied is 0.973g/m , 307.5kg/hm2, 7.0kg/hm2, respectively.
