南充市人工湿地的规划研究

摘    要:通过对传统污水处理的生化二级处理系统与人工湿地污水处理系统分析和比较,可以看出污水处理厂具有投资大、运行成本费高、并难以解决水质“富营养化”的缺点,而人工湿地污水处理系统具有投资少、运行成本低、出水质量好的优点。根据南充城市化进程的具体形势,提出在规划和建设生态城市方案中,建设人工湿地污水处理系统的设想,并就人工湿地的规模、区位选择、活水公园设计、预期效益分析等问题进行了详细的论证和阐述。

Study on Constructed Wetland Planning in NanChong City

Abstract:The article compares the wastewater treatment system of constructed wetland with traditional wastewater treatment system. Results showed that traditional wastewater treatment system needs more investment, more cost of revolving, which has a shortcoming which can't resolve the problem of more-nutrientzation, and constructed wetland system needs less investment, less cost of revolving, which has a good point that water come from constructed wetland is high quality. On the basis of reality conditions in the process of Nanchong's urbanization, the author points out constructed wetland is very important, because of its ecological compensatory effect, of lightening the crisis that local residents are threatened by the pollutants in Xihe river, of improving city' image of Nanchong, and of resolving the problem of eutrophication in reservoirs after nine-grade hydropower stations should have been built. According to Nanchong's geographical environments, water resources and vegetation resources, the author proposed building the Living-water Garden in Nanchong by the technology of constructed wetland. In this plan, the Living-water Garden should occupied a region about 20-26.7 hm 2. The region that has been marked in the map by author comes from Mingjiahe river to Zhujiatan flood land, which all lie on foot of XiShan hill change with mountains direction. By the way, the author proposed building mini constructed wetland in large-sized residential area such as West China Normal University near by. Then, the author mainly made forth the initial plan of building living-water garden in Nanchong. This plan includes three parts. Firstly, there should be wastewater pre-treatment system. Secondly, there should be many-grade vegetation pond-bed system which named constructed wetland system also. Thirdly, there should be system of fishing-pond and storing-water which named system of drains too. And the author made a diagram for technological process .In the end of the article, the author also analysed the expected benefit that should been bring by Living-water Garden.
