应用水资源管理模拟模型研究2000年乌鲁木齐河流域供水方案

摘    要:乌鲁木齐河流域包括乌鲁木齐市区及其南、北郊区,是全国着名的缺水流域。据分析1990年已经超采地下水资源1.2×108m3,到2000年,流域及城市缺水将十分严重。乌鲁木齐河流域属于内陆河流域,在水资源开发利用过程中,地表水与地下水多次转换,目前该流域水资源的重复利用率已达167%.建立有效的地表水和地下水联合利用模拟模型,可了解地下水资源的动态变化及分析地表水和地下水的相互转换对可利用水资源总量的影响。通过分析得出,节流措施大大地提高了地表水的可利用量,而减少的地下水的可利用量却不多。在开源措施方面,对规划工程进行了方案组合,分析了其实施的必要性。通过大量运算提出该流域2000年六种供水方案,为解决乌鲁木齐市城市发展缺水问题及供水措施规划提供决策参考。

Abstract:Urumqi river basin includes Urumqi city and the northern and the southern suburbs of Urumqi, which is a famous water-lacking basin in China. According to the data in 1990, the underground water resource which amounts to 120 million cubic meters in the basin was over exploited. By 2000, Water-lacking of the basin and city will be very serious. Urumqi river basin belongs to interior basin. Under the expolitation and utilization of water resource, the exchange from the surface water to underground water happens more than once. At present, the repeated utilization ratio of the water resource in the basin in 167%. By establishing effective simulation model of integration of surface water and underground water, we can know the dynamic change of underground water and analyze the influence of the exchange of surface water and underground water. In the course of simulation, the different sources of the water supply for living industry and agriculture are taken into account, and it is mainly based on the 1990~1992 detailed data of accurate test and assess of Urumqi city water resource. In the management of reservior group, we consider different parameter of the water supply. In the meanwhile, we take the measures of saving water and enlarging water resource. Through dynanic simulation, we can know the ways of saving water which can greatly increase the quantity of the surface water with a small reduction of the quantity of underground water, and the ratio is 7:1. For the measrues of enlarging the water resource, the furture project combined and the necessity of carrying out it was analyzed. On the basis of it, the paper analyzes the tendency of living, industrial and agricultural water need of year 2000 and the measures should be taken. By means of a lot of calculations, this paper has offered six plans in 2000. The plans can offer a policy-making reference to slove the water-lackin problems of Urumqi city.
