| 摘 要： | 阐述了世界核电发展的阶段及趋势 ,针对我国核电发展现状指出 ,应抓住世界 ,特别是亚洲地区新一轮核电发展高潮的有利时机 ,全国统筹 ,突出重点 ,加速核电建设。并就发展资金、核电建设国产化及堆型的选择等问题提出了基本对策。

| Abstract: | The second development tide of nuclear energy will approach in the world, especially in Asia. To counter the present situation of nuclear energy in our country, this paper puts forward the inevitability and basic countermove about speeding up the development of nuclear energy in China. This paper suggests that China should make use of the opportunity to develop the nuclear energy, it also proposes some basic countermeasures in the fields of fund raising, reactor type and the nationalization of the nuclear power station. |
