| 摘 要： | 结合河南省企业技术创新的实际情况，分析了河南省企业主体地位不突出，企业决策者对科技创新的认识不够，实施不力，企业自主开发不高，投入不足，人才匮乏等问题，提出了加强企业技术创新的对策，即充分发挥政府在企业技术创新中的作用，提高企业家素质，加大投入，大力开发人力资源等。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of theory of enterprise technological innovation activities and combining with the specific conditions of enterprise technological innovation in Henan province, this paper analyses the existed problems of enterprise technological innovation in Henan, and also puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen enterprise innovation, included: giving full play to the government in the course of innovation, enhance the quality of entrepreneur, increase the capital investment, and devoting major efforts to developing the manpower resources. |
