| 摘 要： | 近域城市作为城市群内部结构不断发展完善的组合形态,对加速城市群成熟发展具有十分重要的作用。在讨论河南中部城市群的空间结构的基础上,分析了郑(州)汴(开封)许(昌)近域城市组合构建的必要性及近域城市组合发展的外部条件。结果表明:近域城市仅仅空间上相邻是不够的,需要对原有空间结构进行正向扰动才能促进近域城市结构的发育,正是郑州航空港经济综合实验区(郑州航空港)的正向扰动才使郑汴许近域城市组合得以发展成型。结合郑州航空港的建设,从区域空间结构、产业协同、基础设施对接、城市政府间协调合作机制等方面提出郑汴许近域城市组合的对策。

Spatial Conformity of Central Henan Urban Agglomeration and Development of Adjacent Cities of Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Xuchang |

| Abstract: | As the combination form of the inner structure of urban agglomeration , the adjacent cities integra-tion plays an important role in accelerating the mature development of urban agglomeration .On the basis of discus-sing the spatial structure of urban agglomeration in central Henan Province , the paper analyzes the necessity of con-structing the adjacent cities combination of Zhengzhou-Kaifeng-Xuchang .The adjacent cities of Zhengzhou , Kaifeng and Xuchang is taken as an example to analyse the positive disturbance of Zhengzhou airport economy zone .And the path of the adjacent cities integration of Zhengzhou , Kaifeng and Xuchang is presented in this paper .The result shows that it is not enough to be adjacent to the space only .It is necessary to have a positive disturbance for the orig-inal space structure to promote the formation of the adjacent cities structure .And Zhengzhou airport is precisely a positive disturbance to the adjacent cities of Zhengzhou , Kaifeng and Xuchang .Combined with the comstruction of Zhengzhou airport , this paper puts forward the countermeasures of the adjacent cities combination of Zhengzhou -Kaifeng-Xuchang from regional spatial structure , industry coordination , infrastucture docking , the mechanism of coordination and cooperation between city governments , etc. |
