| 摘 要： | 随着沿海发达地区民间资本积累的不断增加和产业结构的高度化，大量的民间富余资本从沿海发达地区流向内陆欠发达地区，众多的制造产业也开始大规模地向中西部欠发达地区转移。在这一背景下，欠发迭地区的工业园区建设如火如茶。为了总结欠发达地区工业园区建设的成功经验，并进一步探索工业园区发展的内在规律，文章从分析欠发达地区的经济社会特征入手，通过区位、成本、政府作用、外部辐射及制度文化因素等多个方面对其发展的动力机制做了较为深入的探究，并结合实例对理论分析作了初步验证。

| Abstract: | Having accumulated to a high extent, a great deal of nongovernmental capital has been being in vested into underdeveloped regions from developed regions along ocean in the east of China. At the meantime, lots of manufacturing industries have been transfered. On the base of that, almost all underdeveloped regions are keen on building industrial rune. Some underdeveloped provinces such as Jiangxi, of which the industrial zones are extraordinary successful. In order to summarize those successful experience and explore the development regularity of industrial zone, this paper takes Xingguo industrial zone in Jiangxi Province as the example and makes comparatively deep probe into the development dynamics of industrial zones from position, cost, government function and system factor ,etc. |
