| 摘 要： | 1990年代后期，我国沿海经济发达地区城市出现类似欧美城市的低密度蔓延趋势，造成农业用地和生态绿地急剧减少，破坏城市周边的生态环境。文章通过对生态保留地含义及目前存在问题的分析，探讨生态保留地划分的原则和方法，并结合南京生态市规划实践提出生态保留地划分的一般流程及关键步骤，为我国同类大城市地域的非建设用地规划提供理论与实践参照。

| Abstract: | Since the late of 1990s, cities in the east coastal developed area of China have expanded fast with a low development density like the cities did in Europe and North America. Due to the urban sprawl, the areas of agricultural land and green space have rapidly decreased and urban environment has degraded. This paper discusses meaning of ecological reserve land and its problems existing in Chinese metropolitan area, explores principles and methods of delimitation of ecological reserve land, and presents the general process and key steps of delimitation with the case of Ecological Nanjing Planning, aiming to provide references for other Chinese large cities and guide the planning of non- construction land in China. |
