| 摘 要： | 产业集群是指大量同一产业的企业以及该产业的相关企业和支持性机构在地理空间上的集聚。文章认为,传统产业集群是区域经济发展到一定阶段的产物,其发展不仅有利于传统产业提高生产效率、节约生产成本、增强市场竞争力,而且能改善地域文化环境,对区域在特定产业竞争优势的增强具有积极作用;但另一方面,它也可能降低区域经济抗击外部风险的能力,并可能阻碍传统产业的升级换代。因此,地方政府应为集群的健康发展塑造良好的技术和制度环境。

| Abstract: | Industry cluster is the geographical convergence of lots of enterprises in the same industry and some interrelated industries,and even some backup institutions.This paper pointed out that industry clusters have played more and more important roles in the development of regional economy.They may not only favor the increase of efficiency,the decrease of cost and the enhancement of competitive power in market,but also advance the improvement of regional culture environment,thus they are beneficial for dominant traditional industry to obtain competitive advantage.However,industry clusters may also reduce the resistance to external risk and may hinder the upgrade of traditional industry.Therefore it is very valuable for local government to build favorable technical and institutional environment for their healthy development. |
