| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国的对外开放水平不断提高,但各地区之间差异显著。文章采用1990～2002年的统计资料,对湖北省经济的对外开放度进行测定和分析。结果表明,自1990年以来,湖北省经济的对外开放度虽有了明显提高,但仍与东部沿海地区存在明显差异,且省域内部的差异也十分明显。据此,提出了进一步提高湖北省对外开放水平,推动其区域经济可持续发展的战略构想。

| Abstract: | Since reform and open_door policy, the level of opening to outside world has developed rapidly but unevenly in China. The economy opening rate of Hubei province is measured and analyzed by using statistics from 1990 to 2002, indicating that although Hubei province has achieved an outstanding growth in the economy opening rate since 1990, the level of the opening economy is comparatively lower than that of the eastern provinces, and this kind of regional disparity is also manifest in term of economic opening rate. Furthermore, some suggestions of pertinence are provided on how to develop the regional economy in a strategic way concerning the reforming of an economic structure of innovation, globalization and competitiveness orientation. |
