| Abstract: | This article analyses and evaluates the social economic advantages and disadvantages in the development and utilization of the natural resources. It puts forth the strategic countermeasures for the future social development and the natural resources' sustainable utilization in terms of four aspects such as transferring leading conception, fortifying the establishment of regulations and laws, under taking evaluation of natural resources, and relying on science and technology as the pillar of it. |
