| 摘 要： | 省级主体功能区划分和规划是依据资源环境承栽能力、现有开发密度和发展潜力,统筹考虑生态功能和经济社会发展方向,从区域空间开发适宜性的角度.将区域划分为具有特定主体功能定位的不同空间单元的过程.对省域国土空间的划分和规划,指标体系和划分对象具有显著的空间特性.利用GIS技术建立规划支持系统.可以将数据管理、模型计算、区划和规划结果可视化显示集成在一起,为区划和规划提供技术支撑.以省级主体功能区划分的技术规程为指导,围绕河南省主体功能区划分和规划,对省级主体功能区规划支持系统数据库内容、功能系统进行了分析,研究开发了省级主体功能区规划支持系统. |
