| 摘 要： | 通过对各种内部和外部因素的系统分析，文章认为八卦洲具有发展旅游的多方面内在优势，也存在一些不利因素，但更存在良好的发展机遇、建议：八卦洲的旅游开发应以建设生态旅游度假区为总体目标，进一步凸现“绿”、“水”、“野’’三大特点，努力营造人与自然和谐相处的生态旅游岛形象，重点开发休闲度假、观光旅览、康体娱乐、美食保健、野营修学、文化旅游等六大系列旅游产品。

| Abstract: | Baguazhou island is the third largest island in the Changjiang river, just smaller than Chongming island and Yangzhong island. It is a town subjected by Qixia borough of Nanjing city, and it has an area of (55.62) km~2, a population of 33 thousands. Nowadays natural economy still takes up the leading status, so it is a rare Pure Land in Nanjing metropolis area. With the opening of Nanjing No.2 Yangtze river bridge on March 26/2001,Bagiuazhou island even becomes the traffic fastness of east China. Facing all these new situations,underlying advantage of tourism development in Baguazhou island becomes more and more clear. This article discusses the inner advantage and disadvantage, the out opportunities of Baguazhou island's tourism development. The conclusion shows that there is much inner advantage and some weakness,there are some good opportunities too. In conclusion we should do our best to use its superiority on location ,environment ,market ,resources and economy ,to catch the opportunities such as the opening of Nanjing No.2 Yangtze river bridge and the quickening of urbanization of Nanjing area,to avoid the weakness in the future.And we should emphasize the characteristics of Baguazhou island: "Green ,Water and Village".We think it should be built to be an ecotourism island. |
