| 摘 要： | 从省级经济区角度分析转型时期我国区域产业政策实施机制，包括实施主客体，中介机构，实施手段，综合调控机制，动态协调机制和协商反馈机制，并以甘肃省为例探讨其在实践中的应用，以期为不同区域，同一区域不同发展阶段根据地区实际制定实施产业政策提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | For applying regional industrial policies effectively and improving regional industrial structure, it is essential to understand the mechanism and relationships in the application of regional industrial policies. In the paper, the mechanism in the application of regional industrial policies during the reforming period in China is analyzed on a provincial scale, including the subjects and objects, the medium institutions, the means of application, the mechanism of synthetically controlling, the mechanism of dynamic harmonizing, and the mechanism of consultation and feedback. Based on theory analysis, a case study of Gansu province is undertaken to discuss how to apply the theory in practice, supplying theory support for constituting and implementing regional industrial policies according to the regional reality. |
