| 摘 要： | 工业化城市化不断促进经济发展的同时,也带来了无序、过度开发、生态环境破坏等问题.特别是小尺度地域单元,缺乏科学的开发分区引导,陷入了生态保护与开发时序安排的矛盾之中.基于GIS空间分析技术,以生态与经济因素为双导向,探讨打破行政边界的网格评价单元划分、评价指标的选择和处理等技术方法,通过开发约束和开发潜力两方面指标的叠合分析,实现小尺度地域的空间开发适宜性分区.将仪征市划分为优先开发、适度开发、限制开发、适度保护和优先保护等5种类型区,引导开发向生态约束小、发展潜力大、发展基础好的区位发展,并降低生态价值高、建设难度大的区位的开发力度,协调地区健康发展.
