| 摘 要： | 历史上河南长期是中国封建王朝的统治中心,出现了多个当时世界上最繁华的都市,但是近年来这些城市的发展不仅逐渐失去历史风貌,落后于沿海新兴城市,而且它们之间的发展也参差不齐.开封和洛阳作为河南两个有代表性的历史文化名城,通过对这2个城市的发展条件、发展现状、经济增长轨迹以及发展支撑条件的差异性分析,提出中原崛起的时代背景下河南历史文化城市发展需要注意的5个问题.
