| 摘 要： | 城市土地定级是制订基准地价的基础，也是有效进行土地资源合理配置和土地管理的重要手段，文章主要探讨空间插值方法在北京城市土地定级中的应用，认为空间插值算法是一种通过已知点的数据推求同一区域其它未知点数据的计算方法，在土地市场发达，土地交易案例较多的城镇，可以适用于运用市场交易地价划分土地级别。 |

| Abstract: | City land gradation is base of basic land value appraisal, and they are important means of land distribution and land management. This text mostly study spatial interpolation in making Beijing city land grades, and think that spatial interpolation is a way of ascertaining unknown point data on the basis of known point data at the same area, and in cities and towns of land transaction, Spatial Interpolation can be suitable for city land gradation applying land price. |
