| 摘 要： | 基于第六次人口普查数据,运用因子生态分析方法分析2010年南京都市区社会空间结构及其演化。结果表明:文化程度与职业、外来人口与农业人口、家庭生命周期、新建商品房、住房条件是影响南京都市区社会空间结构的5个主因子,其中新建商品房和家庭生命周期是新发现的两个社会空间结构主因子。南京都市区社会空间可划分为新城中产阶层居住区、旧城工薪阶层与高社会经济地位阶层混合居住区、近郊外来人口集聚区、高校/高新技术产业集聚区、低社会经济地位与外来人口混合居住区、农业人口分布区。高校/高新技术产业集聚区这一新的社会空间类型反映了大学城与高新技术区建设对城市社会空间结构的影响。与2000年社会空间结构相比,南京都市区社会空间结构主因子构成与空间格局逐渐发生变化,社会空间类型也逐渐发生分化与演替,社会空间结构整体趋于复杂化。

| Abstract: | Based on the sixth national census data in 2010 at sub-district level of Nanjing,the socio-spatial structure analysis was carried out by using the method of factorial ecological analysis and cluster analysis.The result reveals that there are five factors which underlay the socio-spatial structure of Nanjing metropolitan area:educational and occupational status,floating population and agricultural population,family life-cycle,new-built commercial building and housing condition.The family life-cycle and new-built commercial building are new factors,which underlay the role of individual and market in the formation of urban social space.The social areas in Nanjing Metropolitan area could be divided into six types by cluster analysis:the neo-city middle class residential areas,the inner-city residential areas of higher socio-economic together with ordinary salary worker,the floating population aggregated area in the suburban region,the college and high-tech enterprises aggregated area,the mixed residential area of lower socio-economic and floating population and the agricultural population residential area.Above all of these social areas,the college and high-tech enterprises aggregated social area is a new type which reflects the influence of the construction of college and high-tech enterprises on urban social space.The inner-city residential areas of higher socio-economic together with ordinary salary worker are located in the center of the old city.The floating population aggregated areas are located at the urban-rural frontier.The agricultural population residential areas are located at the edge of the Nanjing metropolitan area.Under the comprehensive influence of many factors such as inner-city renewal,population migration and urban planning,the socio-spatial structure tends to be complicated and fragmented. |
