| 摘 要： | 在我国CBD(中央商务区)的规划建设中,区位选择一直是存在疑问和争议的热点问题。文章认为CBD在不同的发展阶段具有不同的功能特征和空间结构,明确CBD发展阶段是区位选择的前提和关键。以重庆市为例,在构建CBD区位选择工作流程的基础上,明确了重庆CBD在功能结构上处于商贸功能逐渐向商务功能转变的阶段,在空间结构上处于集中大于分散的阶段。在这个阶段,商贸功能和商务功能不宜分离,CBD的建设在空间上不宜分散。最后通过综合比较渝中区和北部新区两个具体区位对CBD区位要求的满足程度,提出了在渝中区培育重庆CBD的方案。

| Abstract: | By studying the evolution of CBD,this paper analyses some debates and problems in CBD location selection with Chongqing as the case.The paper suggests CBD has different functional structure and spatial structure in different evolutional stage,so estimating the CBD evolutional stage is the key step to select the location of CBD.After concluding the Chongqing CBD is an office_commercial complex through analysing functional structure and spatial structure of Chongqing CBD,the authors make a comparison of developmental conditions between Yuzhong District and New Northern District,and then choose Yuzhong District as the location of Chongqing CBD. |
