| 摘 要： | 城市旅游可持续发展的思想内涵包括公平发展的思想，人类与自然界共同进化，旅游业与经济，社会，文化环境协调发展的思想，在旅游可持续发展的理论指导下，提出了城市旅游可持续发展的目标和时空体系。城市旅游可持续发展的实现需要确立正确的发展方向，制定可持续的旅游规划，需要具有强大的生命力的旅游产品设计，需要有政策法规，理论研究和宣传教育等管理保障体系。
