N-十二烷基苯胺的合成

摘    要:以苯胺和1-溴十二烷为原料,经苯胺的N位-取代长碳链烷基化,合成了N-十二烷基苯胺,确定了最佳的合成工艺条件:苯胺与1-溴十二烷摩尔比为2.5∶1,60℃下反应4 h,用GC-MS QP2010、FT-IR表征,产率达到70.5%。

Abstract:N-dodecylaniline was prepared by long cabon chain alkylation of N-aniline, with the starting materials aniline and 1-bromo-dodecane. The optimum conditions for synthesis were as follows: molar ratio of aniline and 1-bromo-dodecan was 2. 5:1 ;and reaction time was 4 h at 60℃. It was characterized by GC:MS QP 2010 and FT-IR. Its yield reached 70. 5%.
