青海盐湖锂资源综合利用规模探讨

摘    要:锂是战略新兴产业的“关键原料”,已入国家战略新兴产业矿产。当前和可预见的未来,新能源、人工智能、航空航天等都离不开锂原料。有机构预测全球锂需求量将从2017年24万吨增加到2025年的83万吨LCE(碳酸锂当量)。青海柴达木盆地是我国锂资源富集地,为探讨青海盐湖锂资源的合理开发规模,分析了锂盐开发的矿床特性、钾肥规模、开采方式、盐田精制浓缩工艺等影响因素,以察尔汗盐湖为例计算其开发规模,提出“先锂后钾”重点研发低含量卤水提锂技术、全流程工艺优化、构建锂资源产业集群等建议,将有利于科学规划青海盐湖锂资源开发,促进我国盐湖锂产业可持续发展。

Abstract:Lithium has become the "key raw material" of the major strategic emerging industries and is listed in the national strategic emerging industries. Currently and in the foreseeable future, new energy, artificial intelligence, aerospace and other materials are inseparable from lithium. Some agencies predict that global demand for lithium will increase from 240,000 tons in 2017 to 830,000 tons of LCE(lithium carbonate equivalent) in 2025. Qaidam basin is the enrichment of lithium resources in Qinghai China, to study the reasonable development scale of Qinghai salt lake lithium resources, this paper analyzes the development of lithium deposit characteristics, scale, way of exploitation, potash salt refining enrichment process influence factors, such as in chaerhan salt lake as an example ,We calculate the scale of development, put forward "after the first lithium potassium" focus on research and development of low content of technology, process optimization, the whole flow of extracting lithium brine build lithium resources industrial cluster and so on, is advantageous to the scientific planning of Qinghai salt lake lithium resources development, promote the sustainable development of industry of our country.
