| 摘 要： | 湖泊沉积记录在区域千年气候与环境变化方面的应用近年来发展迅速,成果令人瞩目。保存在各类湖泊岩芯中的气候指标如孢粉组合、地球化学元素、分子同位素、有机质色素、生物标志物等被广泛应用到气候因子的重建工作中。研究方法的改进、测年精度的提高、环境指标与气候因子之间的定量转换是今后湖泊沉积千年以来高分辨率研究的需要,此外还要重视加强多项环境指标的综合研究,寻求其它有效环境替代指标以及开展不同类型湖泊环境代理记录的对比研究。
