| 摘 要： | 湿地具有重要的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益,中国湿地资源丰富,但遭受破坏严重,立法滞后、无法可依是主要原因。总结回顾了目前我国湿地立法概况和特点,指出我国湿地水资源、土地资源、生物资源及整个湿地生态系统亟待立法管护的迫切性。

| Abstract: | Wetland has important ecological, economic and social benefits. China has rich wetland resources, but these resources have been subjected to severe destruction, mainly caused by lack of legislation and laws that can be followed. By reviewing and summarizing the current situation of lawmaking on wetland resources, the author pointed out urgency of lawmaking on protection and management of water resources, land resources and biology resources of wetland as well as the entire wetland ecosystem in China. |
