| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of current status of wetland protection and legislation for wetland protection, by studying legislation for wetlands in other countries and considering the realistic situation of China＇s wetland protection, recommendations were made to improve the legal system of wetland protection in order to promote the legislation of a specific law for wetland protection. |
