| 摘 要： | 从马营河流域湿地资源概况、保护与建设的成效及现状出发,分析了保护与建设中存在的问题和矛盾,从实施分区分类保护、控制污染、合理利用湿地资源、建立科研监测体系等方面,提出了马营河流域湿地实施科学保护和可持续发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on achievements and current situation of wetland resources,protection and development in Maying River basin,problems and contradictions in wetland protection and development were identified.Strategies for science-based protection and sustainable development of the wetland were proposed to carry out area and function based protection,pollution control,rational use of wetland resources,and development of monitoring system. |
