| 摘 要： | 在分析国内外同类地区发展模式的基础上 ,作者认为大力发展旅游业 ,尤其是生态旅游业不失为一个切实可行的好办法。这是因为发展生态旅游投资较少、经济效益好、对自然环境影响小 ,既能促进社会、经济、文化发展 ,又能保护生态环境 ,是西部贫困地区脱贫致富的捷径和新的经济增长点。

| Abstract: | Since the center government put forward the strategy of the exploitation in western regions,the western regions get a rare opportunity to develop. To exploit the western regions means to take the advantage of the abundant resources in the local area and to overcome the disadvantages in the process of the exploitation. In addition to that, we have to adjust the industry structure and build up a pillar industry, which can accelerate the development of the local regions even that of the whole country. On the basis of analyzing developing model of inland and outland, the author point out a good way to solve the problem. That is to develop tourism; especially eco-tourism energetically is a good way. Because there is good economic benefit, less investment, little influence on the environment, which can promote the sustainable development for the population, environment and society economics in west China. |
