| 摘 要： | 本区至今还是综合科学考察的空白区。为查明基本情况,1989年夏以乘汽车路线考察方式穿行该区而作了预查,搜集了当地地质、地理、生物等基本资料。经考察发现,区内野生动物资源丰富,上新世以来火山活动普遍,湖泊众多,矿产资源可能有良好前景;所在区又为自然地域和地质构造的重要界线,对青藏高原研究具有重大科学价值。

| Abstract: | Hohxilshan Region of Qinghai Province is still blank space of integrated scientific expedition on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau till present,due to inclement environment. In order to accumulate basic informations,to protect,develop and utilize the resources on the Hohxilshan .integrated scientific expedition to this region will be carried out. The preliminary field research work was carried in 1989.Based on the field research work,the possibility of expedition of the region by car in summer has been decided, as well as the basic informations such as geology .geomorphology,Quaternary geology, glaciology, cryopedology, lake, climate, vegetation, and wildlife etc. have been surveyed. The author thinks that the region is in the transitional zone of physico geographic differentiation and the extensional zone of the third suture zone of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau Plate. In the mean while, there are abundant wildlifes, wide distribution of volcanic active remains since Pliocene, and a lot of lakes in this region. In the northern part.there is boiling hot spring and bright prospects on mineral resources such as gold and salt. All about, this region is in a important position on the research of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. |
