| 摘 要： | 土地持续利用就是要达到生态合理性、经济有效性和社会可接受性。本文以琼中县和通什市为例，通过土地利用现状分析、土地持续利用评价，提出了实现其土地持续利用的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Wuzhi mountainous region, usually famed as forest park, is one of the major distributing areas of tropical rain forest in China. However, rapid increasing population and old slash_and_burn cultivation fashion, made local eco_environmnet fragile and land degraded. Land use in Wuzhi mountainous region is unsustainable, which impeded establishing Hainan as an ecological province. In this paper,through analyzing the land use status quo of Qiongzhong County and Tongza City in Wuzhi mountainous region, some characteristics are concluded as follows:forest_cover_rate, land utilization rate and re_seed index are high, developing potential is high, but land productivity is low; the living standard of local farmers is low, etc. Through land use assessment from three aspects of ecological sustainability, economic sustainability and social sustainability, it is concluded that present land use model, especially traditional slash_and_burn cultivation fashion, is unsustainable. Accordingly, some countermeasures realizing local sustainable land use are put forward as the following. controlling increasing situation of population and harmonizing man_earth relationship; developing ecological agriculture and utilizing land intensively; carrying out mixed farming so as to promote sustainable land use; protecting tropical rain forest and reconstructing forest eco_environment; enlarging agricultural land area and developing barren and wasted land, etc. |
