摘    要: 利用LI-8100土壤呼吸测量仪,对古尔班通古特沙漠南缘阜康北部地区沙丘不同部位(坡底、坡中、坡顶)的土壤呼吸速率进行了测量,探讨了沙丘不同部位土壤呼吸速率对降雨的响应,分析了土壤水分和土壤温度对土壤呼吸速率的影响。结果表明:①沙丘不同部位土壤呼吸速率的日变化呈“双峰曲线”,而增雨处理后,土壤呼吸速率的日变化曲线大部分转变为“单峰曲线”。②增雨处理增加了沙丘不同部位土壤呼吸速率的变化幅度、平均值和极差,推后了土壤呼吸速率最大值到来的时间。③土壤呼吸速率与土壤温度的相关性对降雨表现出积极的响应,降雨改变了土壤温度的日变化曲线类型,提高了土壤温度与土壤呼吸速率的相关系数。④非增雨处理时,沙丘坡底、坡中和坡顶的土壤呼吸速率与土壤水分的相关性系数均较高,而增雨处理后,土壤呼吸速率与土壤水分的相关系数有所下降,仅坡中的相关系数通过了α=0.01的显著性检验。

Abstract:Using a LI-8100 automated soil CO2 flux system and artificial rainfall measure,we determined the rate of carbon dioxide emission in different parts of sand dunes in the southern fringe of Gurbantunggute Desert,discussed the response of soil respiration to artificial rainfall in the different parts of sand dunes,and evaluated the influence of temperature and soil moisture on soil respiration rate.Results indicated that:(1) Diurnal variation of soil respiration in different parts of sand dunes under artificial rainfall treatment showed as a double-peak curve,but the diurnal variation curves of soil respiration in different parts of sand dunes changed to single-peak curves after the artificial rainfall.(2) The change magnitude,mean value and extreme deviation of soil respiration increased in the different parts of sand dunes after the artificial rainfall.The maximum value of the soil respiration came later after the artificial rainfall.(3) The correlation between soil respiration rate and soil temperature showed positive responses to the artificial rainfall.The artificial rainfall changed the style of soil temperature curve and increased the correlation coefficient between soil respiration rate and soil temperature.(4) Soil respiration rate was significantly correlated with soil water content in the different parts of sand dunes when without artificial rainfall treatment.The correlation coefficient between soil respiration rate and soil water decreased after the artificial rainfall and only the correlation coefficient in the middle slope of sand dunes passed the significance test of α=0.01.
