| Abstract: | Flood Group Decision belongs to the category of risk decision and group decision system. This paper is based on the theory of decision support and integrated with the actual facts of flood-command projects,in detail analyses the current characteristic of information technology and applications, expatiates the application on Flood Group Decision System with the technologies of network, GIS,DB and AI, describes the general structure of Flood Group Decision system and the ways and means that how to build it. |
