航测无人机作业安全评价

摘    要:针对航测无人机安全评价指标体系的构建,该文应用层次分析法,计算出各指标权重及评价指数,并设定最低安全作业条件,计算出最低安全评价指数,在此基础上,该文发现由各指标赋予权重进行整体评价的结果并不能完整地反映出无人机的客观状态,当计算最低评价指数时,其结果只能作为航测无人机适航必要条件,而不能作为充分条件,由此引入灰色关联度分析法,从系统内部探究各指标与结果的作用关系,进而得出航测无人机安全作业的临界标准条件,即安全评价指数不小于4.17,且灰色关联度不小于0.682。在此基础上,分析20个架次的无人机作业数据,结果表明,将层次分析法与灰色关联度分析相结合,通过整体评价与内部分析,对航测无人机安全作业系统进行全面评价,可以提高评价结果的准确度。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of building an evaluation index system in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) safety,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method was applied in this paper.By calculating every index weight and evaluation index and setting the minimum operation conditions,the minimum safety evaluation index can be calculated.On this basis,it was found that the overall evaluation result given by index weights assignment would not completely reflect the objective status of UAV,the minimum evaluation index was only a necessary condition but not a sufficient condition for UAV photogrammetry.Thus,the grey correlation analysis method,which explored the relationship between each index and result from the internal system was applied to obtain the critical conditions(safety evaluation index≥4.17 and grey correlation degree≥0.682)for the safety of UAV photogrammetry.After data analysis,it was shown that the accuracy of evaluation results could be enhanced via combining AHP analysis method and gray correlation analysis and assessing from overall evaluation and internal analysis in UAV working system.
