摘    要:以AutoCAD精确绘制的2D数据为基础,利用ESRI公司ArcGIS9.2软件中相应的工具转入AutoCAD数据,并把有关数据转化为shape文件后精确定义坐标,添加相应的属性数据后,利用ArcGIS与SketchUp之间的Plugin工具把shape文件转入到SketchUp中,然后在SketchUp中对不同的建筑建立真实的三维立体模型,最后把三维模型输出为Mulitpatch(*.mdb)格式的数据,可进一步在ArcGIS中进行分析和管理,或者直接输出符合OGCKML规范的文件,利用ArcExplorer等免费的3D地图浏览工具实现浏览。实践证明,该方法在较小范围内实现效果良好,对大区域三维建模和数据管理有参考价值。

Abstract:Based on precise drawing data of the AutoCAD, using special tools in ArcGIS 9.2 of ESRI to import the data of AutoCAD, the authors defined spatial coordinate accurately after conversion of the used data to shape files. Then by adding relative attributes, they imported the shape files to SketchUP using a plugin between ArcGIS9.2 and SketchUp, and built the 3D model for different buildings. By exporting these 3D model to Mulitpatch (*.mdb) of ArcGIS and OGC KML files, they can analyze and manage them in ArcGIS or export OGC KML files directly, then they can browse them with ArcExplorer. It is evident that this method is valid in small scales and has important reference for 3D modeling and data management in large scales.
