| 摘 要： | 利用GIS技术对房产资源进行可视化管理,可高效、准确地掌握房产资源信息及其空间分布情况,为房产管理部门的规划决策提供服务。该文探讨了利用MapX组件化技术、VB可视化开发工具及Access数据库,集GIS与MIS功能为一体的房产管理地理信息系统的开发方法,主要从系统功能设计及实现、数据库设计、电子地图制作等方面阐述了房产管理信息系统的设计与实现。 |

| Abstract: | The real estate resources can be managed by visual making use of GIS technology,this will realize the real estate infor- mation and the distribution situation effectively,accurately,provides the service for decision-making.This paper discusses the build method of real estate management information system based on MapX component technology,Visual Basic 6.0 visualization development kit,Access database,and collection function of GIS and MIS,expa- tiates the design and the implementation of real estate management geographic information system from system function design and sys- tem implementation,database design,electronic map and so on. |
