| 摘 要： | 用国家名称作为国际海域名称的专名或专名的一部分 ,有时容易引起周围相关国家之间的争议。讨论了国际海域命名方式的基本类型和影响命名争议程度的因素 ,分析了关于地名争议程度的因素和例证 ,指出了在国际海域命名中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The use of national names for international bodies of water sometimes may cause contentions between neighboring countries. This paper discusses the basic naming practices of the approach and the factors affecting the degree of contentions, analyzes two contentions naming cases and points out issues that should pay attention. |
