| 摘 要： | 本文系统分析了海洋测绘垂直基准在海洋勘测、海洋开发海洋权益维护中的迫切性,提出我国海域无缝垂直基准构建的方法、实施的具体流程及需要解决的关键技术,目的是推动现代海洋测绘垂直基准框架体系的建设。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the urgency of vertical datum for hydrography and cartography in marine surveying,marine development and marine rights maintaining.It proposed an approach to building the seamless vertical datum,specific implementing process,and the key technologies,in order to promote the construction of modern vertical datum for hydrography and cartography. |
