| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the grim marine rights situation China faced at present,and the discussion of the urgency to construct the supporting information system of marine rights by using GIS,the paper put forward the characteristics,objectives and principle of information system construction,and designed the system overall structure.At last,it developed and implemented the functions of the information system by using the components,interfaces of ArcGIS and 3D ellipsoid calculate technology. |
