| 摘 要： | 地理信息系统存在隐私问题。本文梳理美国的隐私保护法律体系，分析美国与欧盟关于隐私法律保护法律模式的差异，研究安全港框架及相关原则对数据跨境流转的作用，期望对我国地理信息系统的法律制度构建有比较法意义。

| Abstract: | Geographic information system has brought up priva- cy problems. The United States privacy legal and regulatory framework is introduced in this paper. The differences on privacy legal protection mode between the United States and the Eu- ropean Union are also detailed. This paper also describes the function of Safe Harbor Framework in data cross-border trans- fer. The article designed to serve as reference data to the legal system construction of GIS in our country. |
