摘    要:本文通过对松潘县某水电施工控制网在5·12汶川大地震震前震后的观测数据进行处理,发现GPS点位发生了较大的变化。结合该地区的实际地质情况分析,地震对该地区产生了一定的影响。水电施工过程中应以第二次复测提供的控制点数据为准,从而为水电施工提供了准确可靠的控制成果。

Abstract:This article analyzed the observation data of some hydropower's construction control network in Song Pan County. By comparing the observation data before and after 5-i2 Wenchuan heavy earthquake, we found that great changes of GPS sites had taken place. We synthetically analyzed the geological condition of the region and get a conclusion: the heavy earthquake had a certain impact in this region. Therefore the hydropower's construction process should be based on the second retest data so as to provide an accurate and reliable control result for the hydropower's construction.
