| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析“数字城管”实施过程中基础空间信息共享的技术难题，在充分考虑现有的网络条件、软件平台、坐标系统的基础上，提出了基础空间信息共享的技术实现途径，包括适用于通用条件的WMS和WFS技术以及适用于特定软件环境的专用技术，对不同条件的“数字城管”的实施具有一定的参考意义。
