用分层稳健线性估计法从机载LIDAR数据中获取DEM

摘    要:评述了利用机载激光扫描数据进行DEM提取的4类典型算法,分析了各自的优缺点。在此基础上,提出了利用双重策略进行数据滤波的方法,即分层稳健线性估计法。该算子同时利用小波分层滤波法和稳健线性估计法,以克服两种算法单独使用时的不足,即小波分层滤波算子没有有效策略保证参考面的精度;稳健线性估计法不能有效过滤数据中的粗差。利用该算法策略对德国Nahrodde地区的数据进行了实验,并将实验结果与用TerraScan软件获取的真实值进行了比较,结果表明分层稳健线性估计法不仅具备小波分层滤波算法和稳健线性估计法这两种滤波算法的优点,而且还可以克服这两种算法固有的缺点,从而实现了直接从原始数据中有效获取地面点的目的。

Obtaining DEM from Airborne LIDAR Data with Hierachical Robust Linear Prediction

Abstract:Four classical methods of filtering LIDAR data were introduced and each method's advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.In the following,a new strategy named hierachical robust linear prediction was proposed in which two methods were made use of at the same filtering process.This strategy simultaneously made use of one method based on wavelets and the other based on robust linear prediction and overcame deficiencies of the two methods including no effective method to keep reference surface precision in wavelet filtering arithmetic and not filtering gross error in robust linear prediction,respectively.In the end,an experiment was done in Nahrodde Germany with this strategy.Comparing the result to the true DEM which were produced with TerraScan,it was proved that hierachical robust linear prediction possed the advantages of wavelet filtering arithmetic and robust linear prediction at the same time,but avoided the disadvantages of them.The result was satisfied and this strategy is proved well.
