| Abstract: | In this paper, with the establishment of "the management system of region under-earth water resources information in Henan Province", the designing targets. data structure and programming of this system are discussed. The features of the software designing are stressed. In the end, the paper point out that this kind of system will be applied for many uses in the branch of hydrology and geology. |
