| 摘 要： | 随着房地产市场开发程度的不断提高,房地产市场价格评估行为在城市经济发展中的作用日显重要,如何应用各种先进的技术手段作为房地产市场价格评估体系的技术支撑和评估依据摆在每个房地产价格评估从业人员的面前.本文就利用GPS GIS RS及数据库技术,就建立苏州房地产市场价格评估应用系统进行了有建设性的尝试.

| Abstract: | With the increasing development in Real Estate market, value evaluation plays a more important role in the urban economics. The problem--how to utilize different kinds of advanced technology as the technical support and evaluation proof to work for the Real Estate market value assessment system , need to be solved by every value evaluation member in this system. In this article, GPS, GIS, RS and Database are used to make eonstruetional attempt in building the Real Estate market value assessment application system of Suzhou Province. |
