| 摘 要： | 资源一号02C卫星的研制、发展和应用填补了中国民用测绘卫星的空白,增强中国独立获取地理空间信息的能力,解决中国基础地理信息资源战略性短缺的问题。针对资源一号02C卫星数据特点,形成稳定、高效和快速的高分辨率卫星基础地理信息生产与更新的技术应用体系,将充分发挥资源一号02C卫星工程效益。本文基于资源一号02C数据,以黑龙省双城市为示范区,应用土地资源示范原型系统,开展土地利用变化信息提取方法试验,结果表明土地资源高分系统能够实现自动提取和人机交互相结合的方法提取土地利用变化信息,满足当前应用需求,能够为其他用户部门提供高分辨率遥感影像应用服务。

| Abstract: | The development and application of the 02C satellite is filling the Chinese civil surveying blank,enhancing China’s independent ability to acquire information of geographical space,and Chinese basic geographic information resources strategic shortage.In view of resource on the 02C satellite data characteristics,forming a stable,efficient and rapid technical application of the system of high resolution satellite based geographic information production and update will give full play to resources on the 02C satellite project benefit.Based on the 02C data and Shuangcheng city as the example,the paper studies the application of demonstration prototype system of land resources and land use change information extraction experiments.The results show that the application of land resources system can realize the automatic extraction with interactive method to extract the information of land use changes,satisfy the application requirements,and provide a high resolution remote sensing image service. |
