| 摘 要： | 围绕公共安全应急"一张图"保障这一实际问题,研究面向服务的技术原理,分析应急服务接入模式、应急信息共享模式以及应急信息客户端绘制机制,提出基于服务的应急信息"一张图"共享框架,为应急业务的处理以及信息化建设提供思路。

| Abstract: | As for the actual problem of a picture guarantee of public security emergency ,this paper studies the technological service-oriented principle ,then analyzes the emergency service access mode ,the emergency information shared mode and the client drawing mechanism ,and finally proposes a picture shared framework ,which can provide a good reference to the emergency operation and information construction . |
