| Abstract: | Aiming at the status quo and the existing problems of talent cultivation in mining survey domain,the paper researches on the talented person's cultivation mode of an applied mining survey type from the aspects of cultivation target,ability system,cultivation project and optimized course system etc.Finally puts forward a series of concrete measure. |
