摘    要:哈尔滨地区的地面沉降在中国东北地区具有典型性。目前,已采用精密水准监测、自动化测控、GPS监测、InSAR监测等技术方法,建立覆盖全市第四纪地层的地面沉降监测体系。为了更好地对监测数据进行有效管理,基于GIS技术建立地面沉降监测管理系统,实现地面沉降信息自动查询、分析等功能,为城市规划建设及灾害预警提供有效支持。

Abstract:It is typical for the land subsidence of Harbin region in the northeast of China. Harbin City has integrates the following techniques, precise leveling, automated monitoring and control, GPS monitoring, and InSAR monitoring which covers the whole Quatarnary strata. In order to carry out effective management of monitoring data, a land subsidence monitoring network management system is established based on GIS technology. It can realize automatically the query and analysis of land subsidence information, which will provide a strong guarantee for the urban planning, construction and disaster warning.
