摘    要:探讨在地籍宗地数字化的面积处理问题中,把已知面积数据和数字化坐标同时作为观测值的面积处理方法.采用方差分量估计,解决已知面积数据参与平差时的权的确定.通过实例分析,认为采用条件平差方差分量估计方法来对宗地面积处理,能够更加合理地调整已有面积与由数字化坐标得到的面积值之间的差异.

Abstract:The error processing in area of the digitized cadastral parcel is further discussed. In the previous studies, the area adjustment models are derived, including the condition equations for areas, areas with arcs, rectangular angles and circular arcs. However, previous models are based on the assumption that the digitized points of the parcel have errors while the area of the parcel is regarded as fixed value without error. This assumption is less vigorous because the area of a parcel is also an observation that obtained by surveying methods the same as the digitized coordinates of a parcel. Therefore, it is necessary to process the parcel area considering that both the areas and the coordinates have errors. In this paper, the area and the coordinates of the parcels are treated as observations. While these are two different kinds of observations, it is important to determine the weights between these two kinds of observations. A new method is presented to solve this problem based the variance component estimation theory. The variance component estimation model based on the condition adjustment is firstly derived, the approach to process the digitized parcel areas are then proposed based on above model. Based on the above discussion, an area adjustment system for digital cadastral parcels is developed. The implementation of the variance component estimation model and the methodologies are illustrated through case studies. The results are further discussed and analyzed, leading to conclusions that adjustment processing based on variance component estimation for digital cadastral areas improves the accuracy of the parcel digitization, which is therefore helpful to ensure the quality of the data in GIS data capturing and database establishment.
