| 摘 要： | 目前,市县国土资源信息化建设工作正逐步推进,从三无状态(设备、人员、资金)基本实现了办公自动化系统(以下简称OA)。但总体上市县国土资源信息化建设人员现状令人堪忧。为此,本文以遵义市国土资源系统信息化建设人员的工作、学习和生活现状为例,提出了改进设想和建议。

| Abstract: | At present, the municipal and county level land and resources informatization are developing progressively and the situation has improved from " three no" (no equipment, no staff, no fund) to the realization of office automation. But the overall situation of the municipal and county level working staff of land and resources informatization is not optimistic. Taking the present working, studying and living status of the people working for land and resources informatization as an example, this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions of improvement. |
